Victoria Celeste is a dynamic and multifaceted force in the world of personal and professional transformation. As a Certified Life Coach, Published Author (with three books to her name), Former Celebrity Fashion Stylist, Advocate for Domestic Violence Rehabilitation, Creator of Proper Men’s Skincare, Founder of 19th and Bell Lifestyle Consulting Firm, and CEO of  Celeste Noir Interiors- a 19th and Bell company specializing in interior style design. Victoria seamlessly balances many roles. She is also a devoted wife and mother, with an unwavering commitment to her faith and to helping others realize their full potential.

A military veteran, Victoria has lived all across the United States, with her experiences shaping her resilience and broad perspective. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She overcame unimaginable challenges early in life—from escaping an abusive marriage to enduring profound personal losses. These trials tested her strength and resilience but also fuelled her determination to heal, rebuild, and live with purpose.

After relocating to Atlanta just three weeks after losing her mother, Victoria dove into the entertainment industry, opening her own fashion boutique within months and quickly establishing herself as a stylist for recording artists and models. Her creative vision, combined with her life experience, led her to publish her first book, where she shared her personal pain and triumphs in poetic form, inspiring countless others to overcome their own struggles. Since then, she has authored a total of three books, each one reflecting her growth, passion, and commitment to empowering others.

Along the way, Victoria crossed paths with clients in the entertainment industry who were hurting and stuck, seeking more than just image consulting. She understood that their struggles went deeper than appearances and knew firsthand the weight of being "stuck." It was through these encounters that her desire to provide true healing and transformation led her to expand her impact beyond styling, encouraging her to create 19th and Bell, a platform for empowerment and personal growth.

Victoria’s diverse professional accomplishments have made her a highly sought-after consultant, working with leaders and organizations across multiple industries. Her expertise, coupled with her strong educational background, has allowed her to help individuals and corporations achieve their goals and navigate challenges. Victoria holds a degree in Ministry, a Bachelor's in Business Management from Ohio Christian University, a Master’s certification in Life and Business Coaching from Grand Canyon University, and an Executive DEI certification from Cornell University.

Her true calling, however, lies in her desire to serve and impact lives through 19th and Bell, a lifestyle consulting firm she founded to guide people toward living purposefully and achieving personal growth.

With a heart for social causes, Victoria’s advocacy includes domestic violence rehabilitation and efforts to end world hunger. She continues to embrace new challenges, never limiting herself to what’s comfortable. When she’s not empowering others or creating life-changing solutions, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, basking in the love of her faith, and relishing the simple joys of life, especially the ocean.

Victoria’s story is one of resilience, passion, and unwavering commitment to service, and she continues to inspire those around her to live boldly, love deeply, and rise above adversity.
